Located at the base of the Amazon Spheres in Seattle's Denny Triangle, Deep Dive is part of the Sea Creatures group — the hospitality company led by chef Renee Erickson — and brings the Pacific Northwest's maritime identity into the glass with a cocktail programme built on aquavit, seaweed-infused spirits, and smoked ingredients that reflect the region's Scandinavian and Japanese fishing heritage. The design leans into nautical themes without descending into kitsch — dark woods, porthole-inspired details, and a bar counter that invites lingering. The bartenders source locally wherever possible, working with Washington-distilled spirits and foraged botanicals that change with the season. It is not the most famous bar in Seattle, but it is one of the most distinctly Pacific Northwestern — a bar that could not exist anywhere else.
