A spice-centerd cocktail bar in El Born and a 50 Best Discovery pick in 2024, Especiarium builds its menu of 16 author cocktails around the neighborhood itself, each drink honors a real local business. Antonio Naranjo's signatures run from the Curryquiri (Mount Gay rum, Carpano dry, Flor de Caña 12, lime and curry spice) to the Bar Celta Pulperia, a cumin-vodka and Laphroaig number with tomato, kimchi and pickle brine served with a seafood brochette. Chef Diego Baltra runs the kitchen.
