Dux is El Born's artisan gin house, built around its own Dux Gin, ten botanicals, double-distilled and aged, plus seasonal maceration batches that have run from wasabi and black garlic to plankton. The bar also brews 'Monocle', its own spiced-saison gin beer, and hosts live music. No reservations, just turn up.
