El Chido is the rooftop Mexican bar of Pullman Singapore Hill Street, set beside the hotel's infinity pool with views over the Singapore skyline and Marina Bay. The terrace has been fitted with a new weatherproof shelter, so it stays open rain or shine. The kitchen sends out tacos, guacamole and sliders, and the bar works with tequila, mezcal and a list of house cocktails such as the El Chido Sling, made with Volcán Blanco, Cointreau, Bénédictine and cherry, and the Horchata Colada with vodka, horchata and pineapple. Hotel guests and outside visitors are both welcome, booking ahead is recommended at busy times, and the venue is adults-only from 6pm.
