The Bar at 15 Stamford

The Capitol Kempinski's bar tells the story of Joseph Balestier, the first US Consul to Singapore — a planter who crafted his own rum — and his wife Maria Revere, daughter of Paul Revere. One of Singapore's largest rum collections (160 labels among 250+ spirits) in an intimate heritage room; the Plantation 1840, with Black Tears rum, sugarcane syrup and mint, is the house signature.
