Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 is coming to Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace this July for its 10th edition, marking the first time this prestigious event will be held in Macao. Taking place on July 15, the awards ceremony will gather the best bars, bartenders, and mixologists from across Asia. To celebrate, Wynn is hosting a weeklong series of cocktail events, guest shifts, and dining collaborations from July 11 to 19, turning Macao into a world-class destination for bar culture.
As the Official Host Partner for the 10th edition of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Wynn is shining a global spotlight on Macao as a rising force in the Asian bar landscape. From renowned cocktail bars in Hong Kong and Tokyo to award-winning chefs from Seoul, Taipei, and New York, the event promises a convergence of creativity, craftsmanship, and global hospitality talent.

The main awards ceremony will take place on July 15, complete with red carpet arrivals, a cocktail reception, and the reveal of Asia’s most celebrated bars. On July 14, the exclusive Bartenders’ Feast will gather industry insiders for a pre-event celebration.
From July 11 to 19, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will host more than 25 curated events, including bar takeovers, pop-ups, guest chef collaborations, and masterclasses. Many are open to the public, offering both locals and international visitors a rare opportunity to experience top-tier cocktails and cuisine in the heart of Macao.
Headliners include Keegan McGregor, Diageo World Class Champion, and legendary figures Julio Bermejo and Sam Ross. Participating bars and restaurants include Maybe Sammy (Sydney), Martiny’s (New York), Bar Mood (Taipei), 28 HongKong Street, Schofield’s Bar (Manchester), and many more.
Highlights include sake-driven cocktails by Elliot Faber, a North American road trip event featuring Thunderboltand Pacific Cocktail Haven, and collaborations between award-winning chefs from Born & Bred, Ministry of Crab, and Chef Tam’s Seasons.
From Japanese sushi pairings to Nepali-inspired pop-ups, the event reflects Asia’s leading role in shaping global cocktail culture. As Macao continues to gain recognition as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Wynn’s hosting of Asia’s 50 Best Bars cements its place as a major force in international hospitality.
