In the lead-up to the 17th edition of The World’s 50 Best Bars, which takes place in Hong Kong on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, the much-anticipated 50 Best Signature Sessions will make their return from Saturday 4 to Monday 6 October. Ahead of The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, Hong Kong will host a series of global bar takeovers and cocktail collaborations, bringing together world-class bartenders and local talent for unforgettable experiences.
Following a successful debut in Singapore in 2023, the Signature Sessions are designed to connect cocktail lovers with world-renowned bartenders in unique live events. These immersive, spirit-forward collaborations showcase creativity at the highest level, pairing international talent with Hong Kong’s leading bars and restaurants. Open to the public, the events offer rare opportunities to experience the innovation shaping today’s global cocktail culture.
