Wagtail sits in the eaves of an art deco building on King William Street in the City, with a restaurant, two private terraces and a rooftop terrace bar spread over two floors. From the top, the views take in Tower Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, The Shard and the Gherkin. The bar's own drinks list runs house cocktails such as the Berry Dancer, made with Eminente 7-year rum, Velvet Falernum and redberry tea, and the Miso Thirsty, which pairs miso butter with Singleton 12-year whisky and salted caramel. It also pours the three finalist drinks from the team's Mixmaster 2026 competition. A late license and resident DJ evenings keep it going until 1am from Thursday to Saturday.
