Savage Garden is a rooftop bar on the 12th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton London Tower of London on Pepys Street, with views over the Tower of London. It casts itself as a study in experimentation and temptation, a decadent and twisted world 12 stories up, where the cocktails are served with theater. On the signature list, the Tikka Gwaan layers melon orgeat with three Planteray rums and umeshu, the Pop Seduction mixes vodka and tequila with raspberry and rose cordial and Moët & Chandon champagne, and the Zima Blue pairs Portofino gin with vermouth, Montenegro and Campari. On Saturdays a Cocktails & Waffles brunch runs from noon to 3pm.
