Jin Bo Law Skybar is on the 14th floor at 9 Aldgate High Street, high above Hotel Saint. Its rooftop terrace looks toward Tower Bridge, with The Shard, the Walkie Talkie and the Gherkin also in view. The cocktail list is built around mixology, with signatures such as the Blooming Fire, made with Belvedere vodka, homemade red hot chili, coconut nectar and passion fruit, and the Seoul Fashion, a barrel-infused Four Roses bourbon with Korean ginseng and orange marmalade. Walk-in tables are available, and guests must be 18 or over. It opens at 5pm on Monday and Tuesday and at noon the rest of the week, and stays open until 2am from Friday to Sunday.
