The Dorchester's bar, designed by Martin Brudnizki with a roaring-thirties feel and named after the martini Ian Fleming invented in Casino Royale. Bar manager Lucia Montanelli's current 'Planetarium' list is a celestial collection, from The Vesper itself to Kepler-22, following her Fibonacci-built 'Eterna' menu, with the 'Vesper Invites' guest-bartender series and live-music Rhythms nights. Open daily noon to 1am; adults only, no sportswear in the evening.
