An intimate late-night cocktail bar in the basement of NIJŪ, the Japanese restaurant on Berkeley Street, inspired by the Japanese listening bars of the 1950s, vintage records, snug booths. The menu follows British seasonality fused with Japanese spirits and sake, organized into four 'seasons' (Prep, Lean, Plethora and Dry), with serious in-house production: grilled-leek spirit, koji-and-shiso distillate, rosehip and woodruff. Open Thursday to Saturday only.
