Stanley's is the rooftop bar of The Chesterfield Mayfair on Charles Street, created in honor of Stanley Tollman and set above Mayfair with sweeping views across the neighborhood. The rooftop is covered and heated, with blankets on hand for cooler evenings, so it works whatever the weather. The drinks list follows the seasons with signature cocktails, and live music plays from 5pm to 10pm on selected evenings. A cigar service runs daily from 8pm to 11pm, and guests can bring their own cigars with a minimum bar spend of £50 per person. Since 5 October it opens at 4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and at 11am the rest of the week, and table reservations are released four weeks ahead.
