K-Bar is a small cocktail bar on Ved Stranden, across the canal from Christiansborg, run by Kirsten Holm since 2001, which makes it the oldest dedicated cocktail bar in Copenhagen still trading. The list is built on classics made without fuss, with a short menu of house drinks alongside, and the room seats a few dozen people at the counter and small tables. No reservations are taken.
