A Notting Hill basement tiki lounge open since 2003, with a 1950s retro look of low-slung booths and wood-panelled walls, Bianca, the Polynesian statue, guards the entrance. The rum-led menu draws on Asia, Polynesia and the Caribbean; the Nuclear Daiquiri (overproof rum, falernum, Green Chartreuse, lime) is the signature order, alongside a five-rum Zombie flamed with Wray & Nephew. DJs play at weekends, the bar runs rum and cocktail masterclasses, and sister restaurant Portobello 177 sits upstairs.
