The Roof sits on top of The West Hollywood EDITION at 9040 West Sunset Boulevard, a terraced deck fitted with wooden bench seating, mature trees and terracotta potted plants. It serves breakfast in the morning and a main menu through the evening. The drinks lean Latin and tropical with a Southern California accent: a deep mezcal and tequila list, wellness cocktails made with fresh-pressed juice, a long rosé selection and low-proof and temperance options. Specialty cocktails include the Banana Espresso Martini with miso and toasted almond, the Goldline with gin, piloncillo and mole bitters, and the El Camino Old Fashioned blending mezcal, reposado tequila and bourbon. It opens daily at 7am.
