Harriet's is the rooftop bar of the 1 Hotel West Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard, run in the spirit of an old-fashioned cocktail lounge. The bar works with fresh, seasonal ingredients and approachable spirits, and the cocktails come with an Asian-inspired food menu. Signatures include the Kyoto Cooler with Suntory Haku vodka, Italicus and basil, the Royal Scam with gin and limoncello topped with Moët & Chandon Brut, and Real Love Baby, which mixes tequila and mezcal with jalapeño, Aperol and passion fruit; there are also non-alcoholic drinks such as the French Bloom. Happy hour runs Tuesday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, and tables can be booked online.
