The Connaught Bar opened in 2008 inside The Connaught hotel in Mayfair, in a Cubist-inspired room designed by David Collins Studio. Its martini trolley comes to the table, where the drink is made to order and finished with a choice of the bar's own aromatic bitters. Signature cocktails are added through the year alongside vintage serves, and the bar bottles its own Connaught Bar gin and has published a book of 100 of its recipes. There are no reservations; it opens Monday to Saturday from 4pm.
