Smile Tree is a cocktail bar on Piazza della Consolata in Turin's Quadrilatero Romano, with seating inside and out on the square. The team works through ongoing research into new flavours, pairings and presentation, so each drink arrives with its own design. Cocktails come with Aperitree, a vegan aperitivo of shared tapas, and the bar makes its own Vermouth di Torino, Fumigà.
