Azotea

Azotea is a Nikkei cocktail restaurant on Via Maria Vittoria in central Turin, where Peruvian and Japanese flavours meet in the kitchen and in the glass. It was founded by Noemi Dell'Agnello, who runs the room, and bar manager and partner Matteo Fornaro, with executive chef Alexander Robles, originally from Cuzco, in the kitchen. The cocktails are designed to pair with the tapas and dishes, and the tailored interiors are part of the concept.
