Affini opened around fifteen years ago in San Salvario, the heart of Turin's nightlife. Its crew works with traditional liqueurs, spirits from overseas, spices, herbs and tinctures, and the venue calls itself a pop and surprising food and drink address. The house also sells its own products, including a Turin gin and a kombucha.
