D.ONE Torino is a cocktail bar in San Salvario, founded on 27 April 2017 by Simone Nervo and Vanessa Vialardi. Its drinks list sits alongside a pop gourmet kitchen, and the room blends industrial, Nordic and vintage design under soft lighting. There are 80 to 90 seats inside and 50 across two covered dehors, with a soundtrack running from jazz to lindy hop and rockabilly.
