Sky Bar at Hotel Hostal Cuba

The Sky Bar is the rooftop of Hotel Hostal Cuba at the foot of Santa Catalina, a space the hotel calls unique for its panoramic view of the Bay of Palma and the cathedral. It serves cocktails, in the hotel's words, where the views are an additional ingredient, is open to the public all year round from six in the evening to half past one, and drops to a street-level terrace on cooler days. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning.
