LAB is a cocktail bar and bartending academy on Carrer de Sant Magí in Santa Catalina, open every night of the week, that calls itself the best cocktail bar in Mallorca. Alongside the bar it runs bartending courses, private classes and masterclasses, and a take-away bar, consulting and catering arm. Open from seven until half past two, and until three on Fridays, Saturdays and bank holidays.
