Brassclub is a classic cocktail bar run by Rafa Martín, inspired, in its own words, by the elegance of New York clubs but with a character of its own on the Passeig Mallorca in the centre of Palma. The list is split between Brassclub's own signature cocktails and the classics for traditionalists, with a snack menu built to go with them, and the team will steer anyone who cannot decide. Open from six every evening, from five on Friday and Saturday, until half past one or half past two.
