Sipsip is the rum bar on the rooftop of Mayfair House Hotel & Garden at 3000 Florida Avenue, a poolside space with views over Coconut Grove. Its name borrows the Caribbean phrase for easy everyday conversation. The long rum menu covers poolside favorites such as daiquiris and piña coladas alongside house drinks like the Sipsip Hurricane with aged rum, mezcal and passion fruit, a Rum Old Fashioned with Appleton 8yr and allspice dram, and rum snowcones. The food takes after South Florida's classic fried fish joints, with conch fritters and corvina fish and chips. Sundays bring a pool party with DJs, and weekday happy hour runs from 7pm to 9pm.
