Opened in May 2026 at Mayfair in the Grove, 1986 Steak House is Grupo Orfano's Argentine steak house in Coconut Grove, and the reason it belongs in a bar directory is who built the drinks. The cocktail program was designed from scratch by Tres Monos, the Buenos Aires bar ranked among the world's best, with Tres Monos bar manager Agostina Gerling relocating to Miami to run it. The menu of ten signature cocktails brings Argentine flavors to Miami, from the Chimi Highball to the Matetini, poured at a bar of warm leather stools beneath a tier-lit wall of wine bottles.
