Vista Rooftop Bar & Lounge sits on the 12th floor at the top of the Novotel Miami Brickell, at 1500 SW 1st Ave, and takes its look from 1950s Latin America. Perched above Brickell, the rooftop pairs a pool with panoramic views and hosts sunset happy hours and daytime parties by the pool. The kitchen sends out Latin-inspired bites such as a classic mahi ceviche with leche de tigre and short rib buns, and the bar mixes bold handcrafted cocktails, with the Vista Pisco Sour among the standouts. Lunch runs daily from 11am, dinner from 4pm until 9:30pm Sunday to Wednesday and 11:30pm Thursday to Saturday, and happy hour is weekdays from 4pm to 7pm.
