The signature cocktails include Scarlett Night, with Bombay gin, Antica Formula vermouth, Aperol and rosemary, and The Red Nails, with gin, rose syrup, wild honey and rose foam, alongside a classics section. Guest bartenders take over the bar for special nights. The kitchen offers tapas-style bites, charcuterie and dry-aged steaks. Doors open at 5pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends, closing at 11:30pm.
