Red Frog

Founded in May 2015 as — by its own account — the first speakeasy on the Iberian Peninsula, Red Frog relocated after 2020 into the building of sister bar Monkey Mash, behind the press-for-cocktails doorbell. Named for Red Frog Island in Panama, it pours modernist takes on the classics with Portuguese ingredients; a five-time World's 50 Best entrant, peaking at No.40 in 2022. Reservations essential.
