A self-described Modern Tropical Bar on Praça da Alegria, Monkey Mash reimagines the great masters' recipes with modern technique — the current 'Dystopia Society' menu even pre-dilutes and temperature-serves some cocktails to eliminate ice-water waste. It shares its building with sister speakeasy Red Frog, with 18.68 completing the family in Chiado.
