North of Bourbon blends bourbon, Louisville and New Orleans into a single southern experience on Goss Avenue. Mixology is the house specialty, with more than twenty six cocktails split between signature drinks, bourbon classics and non bourbon sippers, and the back bar carries over three hundred different bourbon selections for anyone who wants to pick a flavor or take a recommendation from the team. The kitchen draws on the owners' Louisiana and Mississippi roots alongside other classic southern dishes. Doors open at half past eleven in the morning from Tuesday through Saturday, happy hour runs from half past three until five, and reservations are taken for parties of four or more.
