SEVEN Cocktails + Bourbon opened in 2023 in the heart of the NuLu neighborhood on East Market Street, next door to Mayan Cafe, and describes itself as a classic cocktail bar steeped in the traditions of exceptional hospitality and a dedication to craft. True to the name, it trades seven days a week, from four in the afternoon on weekdays and from two in the afternoon at the weekend, with Friday and Saturday running through to two in the morning. Seating is first come, first served. Happy hour runs Monday through Thursday from four until six, and a private room or the entire bar can be booked for an event.
