A cocktail bar run by Liquid Works, a Japanese bar-equipment and bartender-apparel company, which also uses the space as a development workshop and retail point for its tools. The room is fitted out in an industrial style and doubles as a place where bartenders test new drinks and ingredients. It trades through the day serving coffee, milkshakes and gin and tonic, switching to full cocktail service from 5pm.
