Leonessa is an Italian aperitivo bar on the 16th floor of Conrad New York Downtown, reached by marked elevators from the hotel lobby. Citrus trees, greenery, an Amalfi Coast-inspired fountain and bold, colorful seating set the scene, with design cues from Piero Fornasetti and sunset views over the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. The drinks program was created with Ariel Arce and runs through spritzes, bitters, martinis and house signatures such as the Casa Negroni, the Albicocca and the Limone Potente, with complimentary bar snacks alongside. Aperitivo hour runs Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. Bookings are on Resy, and walk-ins are welcome.
