Le Room, formerly Room by Le Kief, the bar Seven Yi opened in Taipei in 2018, is now on the second floor of Mad House on Heping East Road in Da'an. Once Yi's lab and prep space, the room seats about 14, with rotary evaporators and distillation flasks set around it. The menu is shaped like Taiwan and split into three layers: ocean drinks such as a crab Martini and a mullet roe Sour, farm and forest drinks such as Pouchong tea with candied roselle, and liquid takes on cold noodles and taro cake. Suki Salon, a tea cocktail bar, fills the ground floor.
