A two-part venue pairing a Taiwanese tea room with a concealed cocktail bar. The tea side works with fermented, carbonated and distilled local teas, while the bar builds drinks around Taiwan-sourced ingredients and the structure of a tea ceremony. Its signature serve is based on No.17 Ruby black tea with apple brandy, coffee-infused vermouth and Taitung hibiscus.
