LAVO sits 57 stories up in Tower 1 of Marina Bay Sands, a coastal Italian restaurant and rooftop bar run by Tao Group Hospitality. The kitchen cooks light Italian food built on crudos and house-made pastas, and after dark the focus moves to the terrace, where a sleek bar comes with views on every side. The Coastal Connections list of signature cocktails includes Two Lions, a slushy mix of Brass Lion gin, jasmine, cherry, pineapple and balsamic strawberry, and the Sea-Through Paloma with cristalino tequila, grapefruit soju and elderflower. Drinks are served until 11:30pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 12:45am on Friday and Saturday.
