VUE Bar & Grill crowns OUE Bayfront on Collyer Quay, up on Level 19, where a binchotan grill restaurant shares the floor with a sky bar and an open-air rooftop spritz bar. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows look across to Marina Bay Sands, the Fullerton Bay Hotel and Raffles Place, while the outdoor sky lounge has a 360-degree view of the skyline. Alongside a wine list chosen with the help of sommeliers, the two bars pour signature cocktails and a range of craft spirits. The al fresco Spritz Bar runs Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm to midnight, with last orders at 11pm, and the venue is closed on Sundays.
