Baia

Baia is a rooftop bar and lounge on Level 4 of Esplanade Mall, with indoor and outdoor seating and views over the city and Marina Bay. It takes its name from the ancient Roman city on the Bay of Naples, and the cocktail list is split into three acts called Aurora, Arcana and Opus. House drinks include the Elysian Field, with Monkey 47 gin, clear apple, apricot brine and kota pandan, and Invictus, a neo-Boulevardier made with The Macallan 12 Double Cask, Campari and Lillet Blanc. Guests must be 21 or older from 5pm, and smart casual dress is required, with no gym wear or flip-flops.
