A classical Ginza cocktail bar founded in 1997 by bartender Takao Mohri, long associated with his stirred Martini and with the bartenders trained there. In April 2020 the original operation split into two venues, with this one keeping the Mori Bar name and the traditional counter-bar format. Its sister venue, Mori Bar Gran, operates separately nearby.
