La Calor is a small tropical room on Manuel Bonilla 112 that its team describes as a tribute to the Caribbean in the heart of Miraflores. Rum anchors a list of reworked classics threaded with Peruvian and Amazonian ingredients, from a Basil Mojito to a Tropical Singapore with ají charapita and camu camu, alongside house serves like the Remojito and the Berries 'N Stormy. Live tropical music and percussion run through the night. The bartending team is headed by Aaron Díaz of Carnaval fame, and the bar belongs to the same Miraflores family of concepts as María Mezcal, La Cachina, and El Infusionista.
