Dear Irving on Hudson fills the 40th and 41st floors of The Aliz Hotel Times Square on West 40th Street. The lounge is dressed in pink velvet seating, candlelit round tables, wooden walls with circular cutouts and a chandelier, while large windows frame the skyscrapers outside. The cocktail menu is split into themed sections, Classic Style, Bubblin' Up, Earth Elements, Empire State Spirit, Feelin' Fancy? and Zero Proof, with a separate wine and beer list, and there is a food menu and a spirits list too. The bar admits guests aged 21 and over, opens at 5pm Monday to Thursday and at 4pm Friday to Sunday, and takes reservations through Resy.
