Elsie Rooftop sits 25 stories above Midtown at 1412 Broadway, near Bryant Park, and takes its name and its lighter, glamorous style from the designer Elsie de Wolfe. It runs all year with indoor and outdoor seating, including the Main Bar and the Broadway Terrace, and looks out toward the Empire State Building. The signature cocktails nod to its namesake: the Elsie de Wolfe mixes cucumber and mint vodka with rose water and sparkling rosé, while the Versailles, the Colony Club and La Wolfe sit alongside a non-alcoholic margarita. Light bites are served too. Business or smart casual dress is suggested, and after 7pm it is 21 and over.
