Named for the Prohibition-era policeman whose reply — that hell is a mild climate compared to this neighborhood — is credited with naming Hell's Kitchen. A Theater District cocktail hotspot open to 2-3am nightly, with a rotating barrel-aged program, a signature smoked cocktail, weekend brunch from 10am and a kitchen running past midnight.
