Bar 54 occupies the 54th floor of the Hyatt Centric Times Square on West 45th Street and calls itself the highest rooftop bar in Times Square. Guests move between an indoor lounge and an expansive outdoor terrace, with views over midtown and lower Manhattan. The cocktail list is written by the in-house mixologists, changes with the seasons and takes its cues from the city's many cultures and cuisines, with originals such as Pear Pressure, Velvet Liaison and Gangs of New York. A house favorite is the Old Fashioned flight, three versions served side by side. Wine and small plates round out the offer, and the bar opens daily at 4pm.
