Zagreb is about to become the most interesting city on the global cocktail map — at least for two days.
Copy Taste 2025 runs April 17 and 18, bringing six bars from the World’s 50 Best Bars extended list to Croatia for an event that splits neatly between industry and public. Day one is masterclasses and exclusive guest shifts across Zagreb’s top cocktail bars. Day two is free entry at Peti Kupe courtyard, welcome cocktail included.
The event is organised by Dominik Bečvardi and Mišel Posavac, the team behind Peaches&Cream — Zagreb’s own bar, recently added to the 50 Best Discovery list.
April 17: For the Industry
Thursday’s masterclass sessions take place at Hotel Zonar, led by bartenders from six internationally ranked bars. Capacity is limited.

April 18: Open to Everyone
Friday’s main event runs 4 PM to midnight at Peti Kupe courtyard. Free entry. Welcome cocktail on arrival. Six regional bars will be pouring their signatures alongside custom drinks created for the occasion:
- Strings Bar — Split, Croatia
- Casa Bar — North Macedonia
- Silk & Fizz — Slovenia
- Okosh Bokosh — Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Riddle Bar — Serbia
- Kokotov Rep — Montenegro
Food is handled by Rougemarin. The music lineup features DJs Amerigo Gazaway, Bizzo, mirzaisfab, and Soul Bader.
