Westlight is the 22nd-floor rooftop bar at The William Vale in Williamsburg, run by chef Andrew Carmellini's NoHo Hospitality Group, with wide views across New York City. The bar program mixes original and classic cocktails with rare spirits, craft beer and wine. Recent house drinks include the Lo-Fi Martini with cucumber and lemongrass, the Bodega Highball with tequila, mango and hojicha soda, the Papaya Snaquiri and the Skyline Ritual Martini finished with Chartreuse Végétal and caviar, along with a short spirit-free list such as the Red Velvet Spritz. Carmellini's small plates draw on global street food. Guests under 21 are admitted only until 6pm.
