Soft Bar + Cafe is an alcohol-free cafe and social space on Banker Street in Greenpoint, built for mindful drinking, and nothing on its drinks list contains alcohol. The bar opens at 2pm with what the house calls soft cocktails, made on non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs and finished with functional ingredients such as rhodiola, ashwagandha and lion's mane. Earlier in the day the counter serves specialty coffee, espresso and matcha, with a short list of bar snacks.
