Lighthouse BK is a farm-to-table Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Williamsburg, opened in 2011 by siblings Assaf and Naama Tamir, whose team went on to open Birds in the West Village. The bar pours hand-crafted cocktails and natural wines with a daily happy hour, and the restaurant's sustainability work, from composting to sourcing, is part of how it presents itself.
